My name is James Lawton, and I formed LCI upon the birth of my second daughter, in order to build a legacy for the long term through a structured and scalable process.  I have been lucky enough to have, and continue to have, a rewarding and enjoyable career.  I have worked for both small and large businesses, from start-up to conglomerate, and have been involved in mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, and picked up a particular set of skills along the way.  I particularly enjoy helping businesses to scale through technology.
